Return of the Ridge Raiders[]

After learning Boss Hogg is taking money for a senior center to create a 'play pen' they decide to take action. He and six others make up the Ridge Raiders group. They set up Boss’ Mines to blow when Jesse comes running up saying it’s not the legal way. They agree to blow it up and they take shelter as Amos does so. He celebrates with the rest but he is initially unable to follow, Jesse helping him until Newtie comes back for him.

Later they meet up for a meeting in the Coffin Works and are doing their opening pledge when Jesse arrives. When Jesse protests what they are doing, he backs Amos up in telling Jesse not stop them. They ignore Jesse and when they decide to head out again, he cheers before taking off. However he goes the wrong way and three men have to stop him and redirect him. They go and blow up one of Boss’ still’s.

Later they meet with Jesse at the Coffin works and Jesse says they have no reason to be taking the law into their own hands but they tell him that sometimes you got to. Jesse wants to vote and he agrees. Everyone but Jesse votes to keep going. When they go to move out he yells charge, but again goes the wrong way and is redirected by three others. However before they leave they approached by Buster, Boss, and Enos. Before Boss and Buster can unmask them, Bo and Luke drop a barrel down the stairs and they all use the distraction to flee.

Later they meet up to learn that there is a truck coming with equipment for the Play Pen that afternoon. When Amos says to grab it, he agrees. They head out and he yells ‘up up and away’. They force the truck to pull over and ambush the driver, putting a sack over his head. After he gets in Amos’ car and they head back with the truck.

He gets a call from Bo and Luke at home to say Jesse was arrested, he rushes out of the house to go meet them. He gets dizzy on the porch and his wife comes out to steady him as he finds his keys. He pats her hand in thanks before leaving.

He meets up with the rest agreeing that they are going to get Jesse out of jail. Luke says this isn’t going to be easy and it will be dangerous but they disregard his concern. They laugh at Amos joke about their equipment being in better shape than them before planning the details.

He and Newtie ride in the back of Amos’ car as Luke drives and Bo sits upfront. They find the group and Newtie uses his smoke machine. They pick up Jesse and run. Jesse says they shouldn’t have done this and it’s too risky but he tells him he hasn’t seen nothing yet. Luke tells them to hang on and he yells ‘let her rip! Hot wheels!’ As they pass Amos and he causes the following cars to spin out, he comments ‘good ol Amos’. They hear the next part of the plan to take the stolen goods to Boss, and while originally they have doubts they agree saying ‘then let’s get cracking!’

They meet up with the rest of the Ridge Raiders and Bo and Luke leave to get a reporter while he and the rest go to get the hijacked truck.

They all bring the truck to the Court House and stand together. They put their hands up when Boss and the police first come out but Jesse tells them to put their hands down, which they do. Boss tries to claim innocence but Jesse says they are wise to him, which he repeats. They are glad when Bo and Luke arrive. When Boss tells Coop that there is no fraud going on in Hazzard, he goes to argue but Jesse stops him. They are amazed when Boss drops the charges, has a salute done for them, and publicly hands over the items to the Senior Citizen Center to avoid Virgil from publishing his crimes. They quickly thank the Duke boys.

They attend the groundbreaking for the Senior Citizen’s Center. He dances at the celebration.
