A guard for the casino. Works for Lacey to watch over the casino entrance and allow people in and out.
While patrolling he sees Luke Duke approach him. He yells at him telling him to hold it and Luke says he’d be glad to. He asks what Luke thinks he’s doing there and Luke says he’s looking for somebody. Bo drops on him from the roof and Luke says ‘here he is now’. Luke introduces his cousin Bo, who pulls Jacks up before knocking him out with a punch.
