Leroy is working with Boss for stolen motorcycles, expecting Boss to send them to him after he attains them.
Boss calls him to the Freight Depot an tells him he wants another 2500, enraging him. Boss tells him that for the motocross the next day, as he had to hire a man to paint new signs for the race, saying that sign makers cost money. Annoyed, he tells Boss just to send him motorcycles, lots of them. Boss says he’ll get them before hanging up.
