The Strate Family is a family located in Hazzard County, Georgia. The patriarch of the Strate Family, Mr. Strate, is known for being a former moonshiner alongside Jesse Duke's brothers. The most prominent member of the family is Enos Strate, who served as a Deputy Sheriff in Hazzard County, and later a Detective for the LAPD.

- Enos Strate
- Mr. Strate- Enos father. A former moonshiner who ran moonshine alongside Jesse Duke's brothers[1]. According to Enos, he always instructed his son that if he ever took something of someone else, it was his job to then make it right.[2] His wife Mary was said to die in childbirth, however it is implied her remarried. As of 2000, he still lived in Hazzard County and his Enos came to visit him during the Hazzard Reunion[3].
- Mary Margret Strate- Mr. Strate's wife and Enos Strate's mother. She was called "Maggie" by those who loved her. She died giving birth to her son Enos.[4]
- Uncle Bud- An Uncle of Enos who lived on the family farm. Bud liked to take apart electronics to see how they work. He says his Uncle was fascinated with them since they didn't have electricity at the farm and once he was done he would give them to the kids to play with.[5]

- Jackie Bob- a hunting dog that Enos had as a child. Enos considered him like a brother and was devastated when he died[6]
